Had a group of two looking to bend some rods and bring some fish back to fly back to Wisconsin.  Pushed off pineland and headed out to 100 ft of water. With the full moon, the bite was a little slower than id like to see, but we did get our opportunity at some big ones for sure!
Dropped down a mix of squid, sardines, live pilchards, live pins and live squirrel fish.  Squirrel Fish was the hot ticket with our bigger grouper coming on the squirrels. We caught our limit and some, but missed as many or more big hits that just doubled the rods over and got back to their hole.
The snapper bite was surprisingly a bit slower than usual.  Generally speaking, full moon daytime bite will have the snapper chewing pretty consistent. While we did catch some, the bite never really fired off on them.
Overall a fun and successful day out on the water with bent rods and great fishing conditions.

Looks like we have a couple days of nice weather before the front burns thru again. If your looking to get out, give me a shout!
