friend gave me a jar of his homemade salsa and it's great. so i tried my hand at making some. chopped up a couple tomatos, a red onion and a yellow onion, two serrono peppers, two tbs canned green chilies, two tbs chili powder, one tbs cumin, two cloves garlic, 1/2 cup cilantro and one tbs salt. ran that that thru the blender and put in pot and brought to a boil and simmered for 20 min. put it in the jars and sealed tried some today and it's pretty good. not as good as my friends, but i'll get it there eventually. any recipes out there?
