Meat Balls

1 lb ground pork 
I small onion
2 jalapenos
I almost black plantain.
2 large spoons of Cajun ( Tony Thatcher's)
Dice onion and jalapenos seeds included
Mash the plantain good after peeling. 
Mix all together
Make balls golf ball and 1/2 size,

Deep fry till dark brown and done - plantain sugar will turn them dark.


There sweet and tangy.
