pompano migration fishing?

i saw on the site that they are starting to migrate and wanna take advantage of this... whats the best lure to use during cold water? and what beaches have sand fleas or mole crabs? im in new port richey but will travel up to an hour away just to get my share of tasty pompano....(its my favorite eating fish) anyway i have never caught one i usually just buy some at the sponge docks...seriously any tips techniques or anything ....ive heard about pompano jigs but dont know how to use em....i am a total noob so please help!!!

does anyone want to teach me their secrets through I.M.? i wont tell anyone else.....Mainly cuz i really like seeing other peoples faces when i catch a fish every few min. and they have been at the same spot for hours and cant get a fish.....lol, you have my word that i wont tell anyone else
