Flounder on offshore wrecks.

We do a little bottom fishing and i know that in the Winter time the female flounder head to offshore wrecks to spawn.   I would like to try and target them while fishing.    I was wondering if anyone could offer any information about when, where, or what depths may be the best place to intercept them.

I know divers target them in the winter, and spear them in big numbers.   I do not dive, but we have a center console,  I just hope to find out where to look so that i can try and catch them on rod and reel.   If you do not want to post on the forum feel free to private message me.      Not really asking for your best spot, but i think its going to be hard to catch them as it is, would feel better at least knowing i am in the right zip code.     :)

Other than that i just love to talk flounder.    The bite should be heating up in the river starting very soon.
