Pork Chops (this was good)

4WARD4WARD Posts: 3,181 Captain
Pretty busy around here.
Came home and did a quick survey of the fridges.
Had some chops thawed from Miss Olive( she was last years pig). Grabbed some EVOO, coriander and thyme and set those to soak for a bit.
Browned some bacon and then some diced onions and crumbled that all together with some feta cheese.
Put some beans from the garden on (with a pinch of rosemary and some extra bacon)and browned some potatoes and onions. Mixed that together.
Cooked some diced apples in the bacon drippings with a little butter and cinnamon.
Grilled the chops about 15 minutes ( till the fat was done). Topped with the feta mix and covered for 10 minutes or so.
Took about an hour and had the help of both my boys. Another quick meal success 👍

I can't forgive the way they rob me
