A lighter boat will be more responsive on the trolling motor, and you will get longer battery life on your TM. You didn’t mention draft. With my CE, it’s like having two fewer people on board compared to a glass boat. I’m sure you can feel the difference between having two and four people aboard—-that’s a significant difference.
ooooo…. that is pricey! I think I will just stick to the CK hull. I don't think the cost of the CI hull justifies it. And I don't think the advantages are so much it justifies it.
It is still something I will think about.
