SI Offshore 6/8

On the water by 5:30 am, out the inlet by 6 am, Bethel Buoy 6:45ish. Gave the vertical jig a couple drops, no one home. Headed SE and dropped lines in the water at 150 ft. Within ten minutes we had a bull mahi on and a knock down on the flat line. After a short fight my wife boated her first mahi. Kept trolling east out to 180 and we boated a nice smoker king.
Kept trolling out to 450, scattered weeds and no hits. Storm chased us off the water around 1:30 or so.
Solid first trip the season for the Bangarang, headed back out next Sunday.
