Pacu fishing for my kid

My 10 year old son want to catch a pacu in South Florida this summer. We watched some youtube videos together and it looks like they eat bread. I am hoping some people can give us some tips to help him catch one. Any pacu fishing locations and tips on catching pacu would be greatly appreciated.
