Yesterday afternoon I went to the store down the road from the house and when I got home Jordon's boyfriend was at the house. I didn't get out of the truck before he met me at the door. Thinking that was odd he said, "Mr. Tommy I'm so dang nervous but I have to ask. Can I marry your daughter?" I said h e l l no! His eyes got as big as beer cans LOL. After a few seconds of silence I told him I was just kidding and I'd be glad to have him as a son in law. We talked about some things, shook hands and then I gave him a hug. I couldn't have picked a better young man for my daughter. 

Just had to share, I'm a proud dad.

Yep Donna and I just went to the courthouse and were married by the JOP after my ma in law p---- me off.

 It was kinda cool because the JOP was one of my grandma's best friends and helped raise me as a kid.

I think she was as thrilled as we were. 

I think it 25.00 back then.

I hear ya slough. His parents front yard. I'm good friends with is parents and have known him since a little kid.

Saturday is the day. Alligator point he will propose and we (his parents and us) will be there to surprise her after  he does.

Had a great afternoon at the tiki hut on AP Saturday. Austin popped the question on the beach and then they came to the hut. She didn't know we and his parents were there. She was surprised and happy. Ended up having a party at our place which put Joanna on the couch most of the day yesterday LOL..... Rookie!
