Tampa spots for April

Be In the Tampa area for a few weeks of fishing(10th-?) in my RV and looking for suggestions on where to go.
Would like to target Tarpon if anyone has seen any and where. Also, any suggestions on an RV park close to the action.

Ft desoto in st pete or Simmons park in Ruskin. Ft D is where the tarpon can be found but it's off the beach in some pretty strong currents. If you want Tarpon you are better off paying for a guide.
