Shark Fishing checklist and locations.

Where are some good spots to catch nice sized sharks from the land? I also need a list of things I might need. Ive got a couple really nice shark setups and a rig or two but I want to make sure I do this right. What should I bring?I love sharks and want to do this as humanely as possible. I was invited out by a buddy of mine.
If youre going to burn a bridge, dont just burn it, use C4 and make a statement.

You should be able to pick them up off pretty much any beach. I'm guessing you are on the east coast so can't really help with more exact locations.

    As for things you'll need:

A kayak to get your bait out
A fighting belt (makes life easier if you hook something big)
Bolt Cutters - This allows you to easily cut the hook above the barb and remove it. You won't need to bring the shark totally out of the water and you can quickly remove the hook
Large Channel Locks - You can often quickly remove the hook with a pair of these rather then cutting the hook with bolt cutters.
Tail Rope - Might not need this but it can help you control the shark a bit easier

Other than a rod/reel and rig I can't think of anything else.

If you were invited to go with a friend, he probably has all of this stuff so I wouldn't worry about buying it all for now.

Better read the new regs that were just passed by FWC.....so you don't get in trouble.

So the new regulations dont take effect until July 1st 2019. I wonder why they are doing the shark permit.
