Wife FINALLY agreed to retire (rheumatologist)

1st Done:  Bought a house in Silverthorne, CO.......seven miles from Keystone........ late last month.
2nd Done: Sold current house yesterday. Ten days on the market.....

BB....the saying is "You come in the winter to ski but you stay because of the summer.  Highs in the low 80s....
