NW Bash 2019

It's getting that time again. It will be here before we know it. Me , BIL and anyone else that wants to help will try to head it up again.

It will be held at the Moorings June 7-9. There has been a block of 10 rooms reserved at a discounted rate if all are rented.

Please reply with how many people will be in your party so we can start getting a head count and please post if you are willing to bring things or assist in any way.

I hope as many that can will attend, first timers are welcomed too. It will be a great time as always.

Saturday night food- Micci will bring the meat.

Friday night food- BIL providing LCB 2 batches.

Paper/plastic/metal pans- Let me see what is left over from last year. It may already be covered. 

Raffle items- I'll pick up some stuff. Donations are welcomed and thanks in advance.

Shirts-  Pam and Lloyd

Trophies adult and kids- I'll see if Chuck will be making them or not.

We will provide low country boil for Friday. Bringing tables etc. as always.

I'll pick up some raffle items also

. I'll find out from Chuck about trophies while we're at the Hatch this weekend.

We called the Moorings.  There are exactly 5 rooms left for reservations during that weekend.  2 left of the original 10.  The condo over where we eat is available but the cost is a little higher.  We will be doing shirts again.  If anyone has any input on the looks chime in.

Right now we are looking at 4.  Two others want to come if they can get a room.  Friday muchies.  We will also bring salad for Saturday night.  We are bringing some door prices.

Shirts design is going to be caricatures this year.  I will let you know when it is drawn.  Something different and funny.   More news coming soon.
