Now that you said that about bleaching, I did a quick check and yea, why would I do that. I was told about soft washing roofs instead of power washing, I checked further some use bleach, I appreciate the insight. Thank you.

Don't know what kind of roof you have,  but a roofer once told me he loves it when people pressure wash their shingle roofs. It takes years off the life of the roof which means more work for him. Maybe look into it a little more.
