Goodbye 2018

2018 is in the books.  At the end of every year I like to look back at the fishing I did do and all the trips I didn't take and after 2018 I realized I didn't fish near enough in the past year. The highlights were introducing my 3 year old girl and letting her real in a snook, some mangrove snapper,  sheepshead and trout and a "kittyfish". The best trip I had all year was offshore with Captain Dan Medina. On that trip I caught my first ars, red grouper, vermillion and lane snappers. Unfortunately soon after that trip the red tide hit and all but kept me off the water. Now is 2019, water is clear, working on some boat repairs this week and hopefully I have a fishier 2019. Tight lines and calm seas everyone
