That's the way to do it 4ward.  I wish I was going with you.

I haven't even had a holiday vacation.  Been helping the middle son remodel his house & electrical.  Rewiring an ext wall is the hardest part.  You have to deal with the eave (no room) & 4" thick insulation in the wall.  I'm beat.

I'm fixin to chug some Tequila and drive my new F 150 all over town honkin the horn and shooting my AR out the window at traffic signs.
It's either that or bed by 10 and finish replacing the front door tomorrow...

I think the last time we went out was 30 years ago. My young kids used to laugh and make a bet if I got home from work in time before the ball dropped. Lol
Now I don't work very hard and have a few drinks at home watching ball drop.

Made it to 11:30 this year. Neighbors come over and shoot fireworks , drink a few, sit around a fire and shoot pool. We all are just party animals.

There is no point in trying to sleep before 12:30 am around here. The fireworks are nuts, I believe I was in earshot of 30,000$-50,000$ worth of fireworks... maybe more. Seems like there must be a competition, only the biggest mortars in this neighborhood....

Starts around around 9 and slowly builds to a horrendous crescendo.

I've often thought it would make for a great drone video.

Exactly why I live where I live. Didn't hear a thing last night after we got home. Went to town and met some family for dinner. Was home by 10 asleep soon after.

Got 5 meetings tomorrow and Thurs then off to the hunt camp to shoot some deer. Need to fill the freezer. Horns optional. Good long weekend coming up. Hopefully a little cooler.
