Late start with lines in the water at the reef and headed out to deeper water. Set the high speeds out and also a feather wtb in the shoot gun. Hit about 450 depth and get a short strike on the 50 wide and then the shoot gun gets hooked up. Wahoo for sure as the tld 20 starts dumping line. Fish takes 2 long runs but we had the boat turned in time to work him off the short side. Pulled remaining line up to the leads and leaders while we work the fish up to the boat. Wahoo lite up when it saw the boat and another short hard run. Worked it to the side and sunk the gaff hard. Fish on ice.
Back at the house before 1 pm.
