The best bite recently has been the very beginning of the incoming after low tide, but that wasn't happening until well after dark, so I fished the last two hours of the outgoing instead. More trout seem to be showing up, and the first of all those rat reds are hitting the slot. Gulp jerk shad is still getting the job done. Nothing like fresh fish for dinner. From the end of my line to my dinner plate in 2 hours. I can't wait to go island camping in this area in a couple weeks. I should be able to get them onto my plate within minutes, LOL.
