In the gristmill sacking up grits and cornmeal ground out of that very rare old heirloom corn, "Gourdseed"!
This variety of corn is one of the 2-3 oldest known varieties in the good 'ole USA! Dates back to Virginia in the 1680's, and fed Revolutionary War Soldiers for sure!
