Old Bahama Bay Wahoo Fishing and more (Nov 2018)

I came over to fish the Old Bahama Bay Wahoo Charity Cup and stayed through Thanksgiving and longer.  Three weeks into this trip and we fished offshore, inshore and participated in several community events in the West End Village.

Wahoo Fishing has been good.  I am running the Old Bahama Bay CC Intrepid for this event.  At 35' we where the smallest boat going up against the many Sporties, the fishing is good right now and we did put fish on the board.

When we got here we enjoyed the West End Guy Fawkes Fair of local food music and fun

Bahamas does not celebrate Thanksgiving but they do enjoy the food celebration and West End has a tradition of feeding the elderly on Thanksgiving and this is a big event.   When Kris flew in she brought 4 turkeys with her and we volunteered to serve at the local church for this event.  We served about 65 dinners at the church hall and made up twice that amount for delivery for those who could not attend.  It was a very special Thanksgiving.

After the tournament and community service was completed, Jimmy and Luiza was our resort guest for filming and I got them out for some reef fishing and to demo the #Beachboard, something we want to try and offer as rentals next year.
