Not a lot of flatties - few here and there. 

Try some mud minnows around structure.  Tear em up.

Fished the port since 65....big money changed that not looking for anyone’s secret spot just a general direction...thanks in advance👍🏻

Try around the coast guard station or sandbar by ponce jetty.  Mud minners are like gold.  Try using a fish finder (carolina rig) with a teeny float between swivel and hook to keep the minner off the bottom.  Lemme know how you do!

I have a small 16 ft Starcraft alum. A bit paranoid of the jetty’s at Ponce ?
