Well, what do yall think? Score predictions, player stats, feelings about the game. What do yall think and what do you think its going to mean for UCF?

It only means something for UCF if they lose.

I didn't watch the game, but I heard their QB got injured.

Looked real ugly. Maybe a hyper extended knee.

That is highly unfortunate and could cost him millions via dropping numerous spots in the draft.  I know basketball (obvious) is a different sport, but this is exactly why I don't blame kids wanting to skip college and go straight professional.

He wasn’t recruited by any major universities. What makes you think any nfl team would have interest in him as a hs student. Some elite players will skip a bowl game, or a new trend, to sit the rest of the year after suffering an injury, but almost all will have to play to be seen by nfl scouts. Injuries happen is sports, especially football. Hoping for a quick and full recovery.
You should have been here yesterday

It was a dislocated knee and now he is in the ICU. Theres a chance he will lose his leg.

That looked like a dirty hit by the usf player. I think he targeted him on purpose. Too bad they cant prove it and disqualify him from participating in the ncaa. I hope he feels like a pos.

I'm just saying I don't blame athletes jumping to the pro level the second they can.  Which is a general comment, not a specific one.  Nothing more.

I watched the game, sort of, USF took a beating. :(
I think he will be back next year. They can fix anything.

@surfman Lol well hey you cant be disappointed in the team. Its the coaching staff that needs to be revamped.

Our quarterback got injured too earlier and our defense is struggling. Maybe next year. sure would like to have old Leavitt back.

@surfman Yall were underrated last year in my opinion. I mean the defense is hard to fix but I think new coaches could solve a majority of yalls problem maybe a couple of new recruits and yall will be golden.

I wonder if we could get Taggart back for 1/2 price?

    We'll be back.

Gata better hope they draw someone other than UCF in their bowl game.

    Just sayin....
  • cadmancadman Posts: 43,675 AG
While UCF vs Gators would be a good game to watch, I have to agree with the others who said it would not benefit the Gators. I think the Gators would win, especially with UCF's QB out, but it won't mean anything to beat UCF without their star QB. If they did beat us, that would be an embarrassment.

I hope we get as different opponent, but almost every prediction has UCF and Florida in the Fiesta Bowl.

You Gata's all said UCF couldn't hang.

I'm hoping we all see it happen. Beat Auburn last year and get a shot at UF.

    Classic.

And before you bring FSU in the convo. I will with a pic just for you.

If the Gators win and they should, it is meaningless since the QB is out, It is not the same team without their QB.

Sports Illustrated was the only source that had the Gators playing Michigan.

Why would I bring FSU up? We are discussing college football bowl games.
