    Well it's been interesting so far.

    We're having twelve people over for T Day.
    Four days ago our frig quit.  Repairman had to order parts..

    So I've been making trips to get ice and we have five coolers sitting in our kitchen.

    Oh yeah, we're serving stone crab claws for apps so I went to Home Depot and got a 4.2 cu. ft. refrigerator/freezer to keep stuff in til we get the big one fixed.

    I picked up stone crab claws too.  Detwilers had a sign saying it is a Florida tradition, is that true?  I'm not buying it because you are the first to say you are having them.  There are plenty of crackers on here to where I'd think it would have come up already.  Heck, i heard more about oysters.

    We are having them tonight, not as apps but as a snack.  I don't think we need a dinner after the turkey. 🦃

    Hope everyone has had a great, safe day.

    We moved into an apartment last January while we were getting our old house ready to sell, and looking for an area to build.

    New house is almost done, closing 12/21. Best part is our last big meal cooked in our small kitchen.

    We all have a lot to be thankful and grateful for. Something to keep in mind when the holiday truce is over and people start bashing each other over political or personal differences.

    I have no idea about it being a Florida tradition but I do know that bag of claws cost a heck of a lot more than a turkey.

    The funny thing is we ate so much that we haven't eaten them.  I think we'll eat them for lunch, I'd really hate to see my money spoil.  That would not be funny
