Fort Pierce Inlet 11/11
My wife and I have a friend in town visiting form Pa. We got on the water around 8am and with the seas being over 3ft we stayed in the intracostal. We started in the inlet with a few fish but only one keep mangrove snapper. After a bit we moved to another spot were my wife caught a nice croaker. The bite was slow so we moved to another spot. We caught 4 short muttons and a short gag grouper. We moved again and our third spot produced a few bites but no fish so we decided to take our friend to one of the islands to walk around and hang out. On the way back to the Fort Pierce Marina I decided to try the South Causeway bridge as we still had bait. The blues and Jacks were thick and we had fun catching them but nothing more to bring home. All in all it was a fun day on the water. Tight lines my friends.
