Boat Storage - Melbourne area

Does anyone have any recommendations/ideas for storage in the Melbourne area? I've called about 8 storage places and they are all full. Getting a little desperate at this point. Setup is about 26' from OB to trailer tongue. If I have to venture further out I will. Just moved to the area a few months ago so it's still pretty new.

Right off US1 and Malabar is Railroad Avenue Storage.  Call Monty, (321) 725-0739 boat ramp is only a few miles away.
