Good Morning Mrs Snook

Good Morning Mrs Snook, a chunky pregnant looking fish from this morning and safely released after making me go into the cold water and through the mangroves.   Caught on 10 lb line with a Sebile lure.

And kudos to the home owner that saw me fighting this from land and trying not go on his property until it ran North into the mangroves and he comes out and tells me to do what ever it takes land this beast.. Crossed over to his property then eventually had to go get wet. He also gets photo credit. Good guy for sure.

Here it is Joe, Third day slam (not a one day slam like you) with a trout to close it out.   Fished of my dock today and caught a bakers dozen of schoolies. All on the same Sebile Lure that also produced redfish, snook,  lady fish and jacks.  At times the lure would hook the fish even when he missed the lure.   I going miss this piece of plastic as it is worn out, the hooks are bent and rusty and blood colored oil inside is now rust color.

Nice work Mark..... And...You probably have a lot less time invested in your slam, than any of mine.

For the lure...Just wait till mid winter and use that lure on Bluefish....it won't be around forever that way.  ;)

Don't throw that lure away!  That's Sebile Stick Shad is my go to striper lure up in Mass.

I can't tell you how many times I've put new hooks on those and they just keep catching.  Buy some Gamakatsu 3X trebles and use em' till you lose em'.
