What's going on with jetty Park ramp area?

Notice the last time about 2 weeks ago they did away with the get ready lane and created a second lane for boat trailer parking. Today I see they have fenced off the entire area by the bathroom area and all the trailer parking area. Because they did away the get ready lane it's almost impossible to swing your vehicle and trailer towards the ramp because of the cars parking area.. So you have to go against the arrows and go to end than back on the road towards the ramp. Are we going to loss that many trailer spaces for the new terminal? If so, when there are tournaments it will be a zoo and not enough spaces to park let alone area to get your boat ready to launch or meet your fishing guests. It was bad enough for the red snapper days but now it will be almost impossible to use that ramp 4. Does anybody know what their doing?
