Sat, Sept 1 - Lots of mangos in 45ft, Red Tide report

Quick afternoon trip. Saw lots dead fish and ran into some red tide which killed half our bait... Theres a solid line where dirty water meets clean ~55ft - 60ft. It was worst SW of CW pass. Ended up on a rock in 45ft west of honeymoon, got 18 nice mangos all on free lined chunks. Got broke off several times.. Turned out to be a great trip!

thanks for the update. crazy how it can kill your bait just from running though a big patch of that stuff.
Was thinking of heading out down that way later in the week. Last week 2 of us limted out on mangos and topped off the cooler with tripletail.
