Coming Bolsters

Time to recover the bolsters on my 2009 Wellcraft 252 Fisherman. Any suggestions for removing the present bolsters?

    some bolted , some are on hangers....

    Basically they are pads on the inside of the gunwales for you to lean against without bruising up your knees when you fish.
