None were charged with a crime. It is just a student discipline issue. You never got into a fight when you were in college? 

Pulling out airsofts was really stupid though. 

i had one or two altercations back in my youth, usually due to some idiot being drunk.

It wasn't me. Back when I drank I mellowed out when I got drunk. But I am a large guy and drunks always think they have to pick a fight with the biggest guy to prove themselves. That and I might have been guilty of looking at the wrong woman a couple of times,

But aren’t you getting a little tired of the fact they can’t get through one year without something hitting the headlines. And it probably gets deeper since who they were confronting (or being confronted by) is no angel and some kind of bookie or gambler.

Kind of like ALL of WInston's issues at FSU.

I kind of remember Winston got arrested once or twice. 

These guys will be gone long before they rank up 7 infractions, unlike Winston who was never even suspended from the football team. 

Once, you get forgiven, seven and you should not be playing football for the school.

I thought the  crab leg incident, but  I was mistaken. He was given a Civil Citation, which seems to acts the same as the pre-trial intervention program without the need of a court appearance. I guess he wasn't technically arrested for theft, just given a ticket and made to pay court costs and community service,. 

First I had heard of a civil citation for theft. 

No charges were filed in his other six incidents.
