Your thinking of the property east of this one. The owners of subway own it I believe.

I don't think so, western border is the river, S of 60, across from Adams Ranch.

And good luck filling the lease with good folks.  Great area with a ton of game!

You're thinking of the Destiny property wich borders this property to the east and was also once owned by Latt Maxey. This property was recently purchased from Latt Maxey by Optimum Ag to be used as a ranch, as it has been for a long time.

Congrats on the new lease! A rare find!

Travis has been working with one of the best consulting deer biologists in the state to put his wildlife management and leasing program together.

The piece Fred DeLuca and a land developer (41,000 acres, Destiny) bought did nothing but create of lawsuits. Fred's estate was awarded 23M from the scam. Fred passed away from leukemia in 2015.

Kick that up to 100-200 acres and you can lease a separate "duck club".

Plus water is the new Oil

    Good luck with your venture
