6/29-7/1
We drove into Quepos around noon , Sansa canceled the flight in so we were running behind . Jumped on boat and ran out about 40 before lines in , trolled toward the 60 not much going on there so we headed to the 70 . Picked up a blue , a sail and a peanut dolphin on the way . Got to the 70 and nothing going on . Decided to slow boat it out to Silver overnight . Picked up a couple bird hitchhikers , that stayed with us the whole trip .
Day 2
Woke up and started fishing , was just us and a LS boat . Lot's of bait , but no takers . We decided to head to Imperial , picked up a couple a few miles out of Silver . Imperial was dead as well , decided to troll to the 80 , picking up a few more .
4/10 blue marlin 1/1 on sails
Day 3
Fished around the 80 area for a bit , not much action . Started trolling our way in toward the 70 .
6/8 marlin 4/6 on sails
Was pretty slow for everyone that went out , the previous week was pretty epic out there . Lot's of big numbers , but that's just how it goes . Decided to come in a day early . Had a great time and can't wait to do it again soon.
