Help a brother out. I won't be investing in a propane grill at the new house until I figure it out. In the mean time I'm looking for a charcoal/pellet grill in the meantime. Prefer it to be under $300, but will consider up to $500. Would prefer cast iron grates.
Got to get ready for all the homos Todd is going to invite over for pool parties.

Use briquettes for Todd and friends, I am sure they like things well done with a hint of gas.

I am just here for my amusement.
You will never use a Weber or any other grill again.

I have a weber kettle and a gas( that took me a long time to cough up the $ for), along with a stick burning smoker .
Best grill I ever had was a 55 drum lined with 2 layers of fire brick, could literally cook chicken 24 hours after we fired it up. $900 grills freak me out.

Weber kettles are tough to beat though

Ideally I'd want the gas for the work weeks and charcoal for the weekend.
I'm in the same boat. A vertical New Braunsfel smoker, a gas vertical chip smoker, an Egg, a gas grill and several Weber Kettles. The kettles get used far more than the others.

I bought a gas/charcoal/smoker combo off craigslist a few years back. It's rusted and fell apart faster than it should, even with a cover.
