Ping Griz Ferris Or Anyone That Cares

It has come up several times on different sections that we are not getting a pop up or a email notification as to a Instant message. I am sure the user thinks we are a **** hole because we did not reply only because we had no notification. What gives? This goes for everyone I know, so don't say it works for me.

But what ever you do, don't put things in the private messages like phone numbers or email addresses since anyone that clicks on "Activity" can read the messages

Did you save the changes at the bottom of the page after selecting the options ?
