Where can you get mud minnows right now? There are none in Sebastian  (according to my neighbor)

We catch our own bait using a 1/4" mesh throw net. Flounder will eat any live swimming bait....mullet, small pin fish, small croaker's, etc.
but mud minnows are candy to a flounder.

They are killifish and there are several different species of them here in Florida.  Google killifish for lots of info and images.

Mummichog is one of the species commonly used for flounder.

    I say......I say son.......new & improved my tail feathers.

John, mud minnow is what you get up in Jersey in traps or what tackle shops sell
