Looking to add fishing lights

I want to venture out into the night to escape the summer heat and I'll want to add some fish attracting lights. I need to go cheap since I just repowered and retrailered the beast. It's a 19' flats boat. I don't know how many watts I need, or how much of a spread. I searched around the web and the answers were all over the board. I am figuring green and LED maybe transom mounted. Let me know what has worked or not worked for you. Thanks

I did this years ago on the cheap fishing NY finger lakes.

Styro bait bucket, installed auto head lamp on the bottom of the bucket ran wires thru the bottom and added clips at the end terminated at a battery. Fastened small weights to the rim so it would stay in position. Just add a tether.

Save money and buy good lights latter.
