Got to thinking.. will all of these "private beaches" still get renourishment using tax payer dollars?  If so, that's a problem.

Relax, folks, its a clarification, we have basically had that law on the books forever. 

Here we have Hillsboro Beach. They have a sing at the Deerfield Line that is basically a no-trespass warning.

In Deerfield, about 10%-15% of the beach is privately owned, but for the most part, there are few access restrictions.

That's the most tasteless thing I ever heard.
