Heading To Pine Island

Heading back for 10 days but this time in April. We usually go in early March. How is the fishing in April? Fish the same spots as years past or does the bite move as the water gets warmer? Last year we caught mostly trout, and Redfish  in the grassy areas and broke something big off that was breaking under the mangroves around one of the small islands.

Just wondering what to expect.

Thank you in advance

Florida actually participated in winter this year and as such, our water temps have been on the chilly side as compared to other years.  My bet would be those same spots will produce similar results as the water temps warm up.  Best of Luck!

Thank you Captain!!! I really enjoy the fishing there even if it's just for trout or redfish.
