My ARs and other long guns I shoot a couple times a month. and when we shoot ARs there are usually 12 -15 of us including wive's kids. guests, friends. etc..... Probably about 8 ARs between us... I have run over a thousand rounds through my three ARs in a single afternoon.

Mister not wrong.  In my view, he couldn't be more right (pardon the pun)....at least in the first sentence.

"Rights" are things given to you by a society based on morality/law.  Just because the framers of our Constitution said they were god-given and inalienable, doesn't mean they are, that's just how they were justified at the time. 

Don't believe me?  Talk to a great white shark (or a pirate off the coast of Vietnam) about your rights and see how that goes.  You'll be wishing they were a member of the society that recognizes your rights and protects them with morals and laws, as the words of Jefferson and Madison don't compel them.

So, rights do exist, but only within the context of a society that recognizes them...to believe otherwise is to reason with sharks or pirates -- good luck with that.
