Spanish Mackerel 3/26 FPI

Tidal Town

Took a buddy from up north out today. Just wanted to bend a rod for him. Launched at Stan Blum Park at 7:30 with fog set in. Ran the shoreline north out of FPI. Found a fleet of boats about 8 miles up in 20' of water. The Spanish Macs were there. Had to move around every now and then but almost every cast had a hit. Caught a bunch of them on light tackle. Didn't even have to chum for them. Anything shiny was working. Headed back in around 13:30 hrs, seas got messy but at least the wind was mostly at our backs.
