Sanctuary Areas in State Waters Access Restrictions

The town of Belle Isle is suing the FWC because the FWC refused to declare the State waters just off shore of the town a Sanctuary. The request for a sanctuary was to prevent traditional access to the area by duck hunters. However, if the State Waters were to be a FWC sanctuary it would also impact fishing and water crafts of all types. Also, this would set a terrible precedent where any city could ask to have shorelines declared sanctuaries all across Florida. We know how airboaters struggle to maintain places to ride. Similar restrictions could be applied to bass boats and sports water craft

    Yeah, i have a comment.
The mayor of Belle Isle is a nitwit.
So is anyone who would consider duck hunting that lake.
Neither one is doing their side of the debate any favors.
I have never seen live bones, but I know that they are often used by rich people to decorate the interior.
