Party boat 2-24 recommendations Miami or Key Largo

My lady and I are heading down to Miami 2-24 weekend, and want to drop down to Key Largo to try a party boat.

I have been on many party boats and no what to expect but for the price it is a good deal for us as gets us out on the water for a few hours.

That being said I have been offshore fishing a lot and always try to make the best of it.

Any tips on what boat, and to do morning, afternoon, or night?

Aside from the common catches- grunts and triggers sharks etc, any recommendations on getting a better snapper, grouper, cobia, or blackfin??

Any boat, any time in Key Large will be better fishing than Miami. Go early in the morning.

Captain Chan on the gulfstream. give him a call he will put you on the snapper. He runs out of Key Largo MM 100. make sure they are still running since the storm and make sure of there location.
