Cold Water Snook'n on the Myakka

Went out this afternoon to catch the incoming tide with some warmer water... not a lot of activity on the flats, so I ended up fishing deeper water edges. Temp outside was about 68 degrees, incoming tide and a major solunar period mid afternoon. First hit was around 5pm and came on topwater about 3 feet off the bank along an edge that dropped off quickly... this snook circled back and hit my skitter walk a couple times, finally hooking up. Nice snook - about 25". A couple minutes later I hooked another, this one about 20" in length. Same general area... just a bit further down the bank.
