with all the turmoil this week, Shannon has his work cut out for him. If the Gators win, it will up Shannon's stock a lot.
I think Gators win unless the defense fails us. I think we may see a different QB in this game, but who knows.
I am more worried about South Carolina and FSU now than Missouri. I thought we could beat both, but it is all up in the air now. We will have to wait until game time and see if the players are up and ready to play.

Any time you lose the head coach mid season, it effects the players. How the players react and how they play is unknown until the first game after he is gone. There could be 100% turn around and we see great playing or it could be bad. Everything is unknown now, McElwain had issues that caused a bad offense, I doubt they can get worse. The defense will be key this game and the rest of the season. Does this change make the defense better or worse with Shannon not focused directly on defense. I don't know, but hope the defense is as good as they have been.
If the defense holds strong and the offense gets any better, we will win out the rest of the year. If not, we may lose two more games. Shannon might just fire these guys up and win big.
Doesn't mean I had any confidence in McElwain.

Thats because FSU is just losing games. They don't have alumni committing murders or congressional fraud, coaches humping sharks, current players committing multiple felonies (and what looks like getting off, AGAIN), coaches getting fired and being screwed out of contract severance money. Lets not forget the homecoming gata uni's that were such a hit. There's so much to laugh at.

You do realize that Missouri isn't even in the same league as Georgia right? Obviously Florida isn't either, but wearing them out I just don't see. Unless the players give up after big Mac's firing.

Of course I know UF is not the same caliber team as Ga this year, but UF's offense is atrocious. At least Mizzu can score, and they are home.
Sure but against who? I honestly don't know which way this will go. Too much up in the air. If the players took it person that they fired Mac like they did, then it could get ugly, but if they get pissed about poor performance and show up to play then we should win the game. But still to me, not sure which will show up. Either way to me it is what it is, and hopefully we will start to improve next season. Still I am a Gator fan through and through, been so when we couldn't whip our way out of a wet paper sack so all in all Go Gators. Lets get ready to rumble!
