Help identify this part

I just bought a 2007 Famous Craft 1800xl with a Yamaha 115 4stroke and this part is on the dash next to the 12 volt outlet, it looks like you would plug something into it, there is nothing plugged into the electrical connector under the console. Any help would be appreciated.
