Going to Puerto Morelos, Mexico (20 min South of Cancun) this weekend and staying on the beach a few days. Plan on bringing along very minimal fishing gear (travel spinning rod, probably a few arti's). Any advice on fishing the beaches, lures to use, what may be caught, etc.? Figured the normal bucktail jig, spoons, a few paddletails would be a decent bet. Thanks in advance!
