Don't waste your time arguing....this is all about attempting to turn Puerto Rico into Trump's Katrina......fortunately, Fake news has less and less of a grip on intelligent people these days.
Thats right....
I honestly like Trumps stance on PR... Other than the lack of acting normal.... Like he actually cares... THere is no other way to pay for it all without wiping out the dept they have now and issuing new bonds... That is what they should do... Doubt that happens and they will fund the whole rebuild out of our tax dollars... Doesn't anyone care about that ?
You only get those special powers if you watch CNN, 24/7 for a year.
I really don't like or watch much CNN, I may have got it off of ABC, CBS, or NBC, Maybe PBS, HBO, Bloomberg or BBC... I watched for it on FOX as I make to give them all equal weight... Never showed up, although they were discussing Hillary's response to the Vegas Shooting... Like her opinion should even count...

So it’s no wonder that many of the territory’s 3.5 million residents are deciding to leave, at least temporarily, for the American mainland. “It will be a massive exodus,” predicts Edwin Meléndez, an economist, professor of urban affairs, and director of the Center for Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College. “We’re talking about 100,000 to 200,00 people.”
That will have major ramifications for Puerto Rico — and for the US. If Meléndez is right, the exodus will exceed the Mariel boatlift, when tens of thousands of Cubans arrived in Florida, permanently shifting the state’s culture and politics. And while an intra-American migration is obviously different than arrival from a foreign nation, the mainland’s swelling Puerto Rican population is likely to change social life and politics everywhere from Florida to New York City and its suburbs to Pennsylvania.
Looks like it will be one hell of a investment opportunity. Real Americans go there rebuild the place make it one hell of a nice place and forbid the people who fled to come back!

"Real Americans"..........if your ancestry is American Indian.........Puerto Ricans have been settled in the Americas long before any permanent North American settlements.
There are only so many casts in life, so shut up and fish!!

If you are truly committed to this then why don't you start by giving your land back to them.

You need to read some more history books If you think PR was settled before N.A.
The U.S. Census Bureau defines the ethnonym Hispanic or Latino to refer to "a person of Cuban, Mexican, Puerto Rican, South or Central American, or other Spanish culture or origin regardless of race" and states that Hispanics or Latinos can be of any race, any ancestry, any ethnicity. Generically, this limits the definition of Hispanic or Latino to people from the Caribbean, Central and South America, or other Hispanic (Spanish or Portuguese) culture or origin, regardless of race. Latino can refer to males or females, while Latina refers to only females.
Maybe if we tell people that the brain is an App, they will start using it.

Just curious what your definition of "Real Americans" might be
There are reports of residents obtaining, or trying to obtain, drinking water from wells at hazardous waste “Superfund” sites in Puerto Rico. EPA advises against tampering with sealed and locked wells or drinking from these wells, as it may be dangerous to people’s health.

Data on some conditions on the island support Trump’s assertion that the island is doing well following the storm were still available on FEMA’s site.

Lucky mrs w Welcoming Americans to move to the mainland is the Right thing to do
Considering Puerto Ricans affinity for military service to America, why wouldn't you want these voters here?
Unless, of course...

Hispanic Indians. That's a good one!!lol
What were Aztecs and Mayans?
You need to read some more history books If you think PR was settled before N.A.
So after the Spaniards came and conquered the Indians, what were they?
Since when were either of those considered American Indians, or more precisely from the area now known as the United States?
In response to this.
And the definition is:
