Time to re-evaluate???
There's a reason that he didn't do well in Chicago.
The best quarterback is sitting on the bench.
Matt Moore.

Game yesterday wasn’t really his fault. I think he gives you what tannehill gives you with more experience and he’s a gun slinger that isn’t afraid to throw a pick. I think we’ve seen the end of tannehll, trade him in the off-season and go after a QB in the draft.

How in gods name do you lose to the Jets? Was half the team drunk? I mean Broncos fans are asking how my Bills beat them yesterday too, which still seems inconceivable to me but hey, a win is a win.

The Dolphins have a decent oline, good RBs, good WRs and when Gase was in Chicago Jay Cutler had a career year. What the heck happened?

Oh and the Bills have dibs on either Mason Rudolph, Baker Mayfield, Sam Darnold, or Luke Falk. Guys are all doing pretty well. Darnold I don't think is doing enough to be the number 1 pick. I think Rosen at UCLA is the guy who the Jets will take, guy is just slinging it all over the place.

I think if the Saints move on from Brees, you might see him in a fins uniform. Didn't the dolphins try and get him 10 years ago? Somethin about a shoulder.

They passed on Brees, and chose Dante Culpepper instead. That worked well. :kick

Too soon to throw in the towel....................... yet.
The **** o-line couldn't open holes for the run or stop the pass rush.
    Cutler took a beating!
Hoping for better luck next time...... and got it.

    WINNING!

Cutler looked bad to the casual fan, but he got no help. I've never seen more dropped passes and so little separation. Most importantly it was their worst rushing yardage ever. What the hell it was the Jets. Never fails no matter what the record a team in your division is tough to beat. But this was insane. Jets looked like the best team in the league after looking like garbage. I don't get it.

As a once huge Dolphin fan from their inception, I really don't care anymore about the NFL. They can bring Bob Griese out of the booth and I still won't watch. Steven Ross should have shown some balls regarding the protesters, but like the other owners, he cowered. I actually enjoyed last Sunday with my wife instead of spending it glued to the TV watching football.

The fins reminded me of the old bucs with a porous offensive line. Doesn't matter who quarterbacks if he can't throw while laying on his back or running for his life. Bucs had some QBs that won super bowls when playing w solid front lines. Maybe just a bad game. Timing still looked a little off. My opinion. Go Dolphins!

Good point. Even Johnny Unitas can't throw while laying on his back.

    My point entirely.
Cutler basically gives up after he's been bounced around.
    That's his history.

Matt Moore started 4 games for the Dolphins in 2016.
His pass completion was over 63%.
    He won all four games.

Cutler was horrid Sunday. Missing open receivers completely, the one hopper to a wide open stills to start the half was laughable.
The back foot floaters allowing the defense to get there sucked. The ball placement was very bad, he keeps missing late and behind targets.
But, the play calling and offensive line were just as bad, and they couldn't run the ball.
The secondary was allowing easy pitch and catch 14 yard slants and dig routes all day. That is the worst performance I have seen in quite some time.

Maybe getting Timmons back this week gives them a boost on defense, can he cover a TE or back over the middle? he cant be worse...

I'd have either placed Timmons on IR or released him outright. Probably IR and cut his pay for a stunt like he pulled. He never would have pulled that in Pittsburgh.

I did not realize in London they took a knee for our anthem but stood or God Saves the Queen. :nono
Im not turning it off for good, I'll watch my team but I have lost interest in the rest of the games and any pregame or side shows. I hardly watch ESPN at all only for a particular event. My policy is the second any politics or social justice issues comes up I turn the channel.

On Cutler need to pump the breaks a little best option they have now.
