College Game day Beef feast

Did some Poor Man's Burnt Ends from a Chuck Roast and maybe not the meatiest Beef Ribs. Super good though. :hail

    Pretty much the same as if you used Brisket. I smoked to around 180, then cube/sliced it up and put it in a pan with some broth and BBQ sauce, more rub and back on the smoker. Occasionally stir it around a bit as it smokes for a couple more hours.
